We have not finished writing these. AlliedWell is not yet selling to the public, and we would rather tell you that than publish four screens of borrowed clauses that neither of us has read. The service agreement a clinic actually signs is a separate document, and you will see it in full before you sign anything.
What applies right now
This site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a promise about a specific outcome for your clinic. Prices shown are what we currently intend to charge and may change before you are ever asked to pay one — if you are already a customer, your agreement governs, not this page.
What we will not do
- We will not hold your records hostage. Exporting your own data is free on every plan, trial included, and stays that way. Your clinical records are legal documents your patients have rights over.
- We will not bill you by surprise. There is no card form on this site. Nothing starts charging quietly at the end of a trial.
- We will not change what you are paying without telling you first, in time for you to decide what to do about it.
Using this website
Use it normally. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it wholesale, or submit the forms automatically — those forms reach a person, and wasting that person’s time is the only thing here that actually costs us something.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current. If you find something on it that is wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it rather than argue about it.
